Part of our vision at RLCC involves investing in today’s youth to grow the body of Christ. Teaching young people to grow in their relationship with the Lord prepares them to serve Christ in all spheres of life. Ministry to the youth also allows them to integrate into the larger, intergenerational community of the church.  We want our young people to experience opportunities in Evangelism, Spiritual Formation, Christian Leadership, Mission, Fellowship and Scripture. We believe that young people have incredible gifts and potential that should be nurtured to help them reach their full potential and live out God’s plan for their lives.
