Alex and Matilda Phiri are the founders of RLCC, Sheffield and lived their early lives in Zambia. Alex is the lead pastor and a visionary with a genuine pastor’s heart for people, a mentor who has a passionate desire to encourage and enable individuals to reach their full potential in God’s Kingdom here on earth.  His wife Matilda is the music director in the church. For more than a decade, she has proved herself as a gifted worship leader as well as being a fervent prayer intercessor.

Alex has been in ministry for over twenty years serving in various roles, as a Youth Pastor, an Associate Pastor, a Christian Educator with Bible Colleges and Seminaries. He holds a Doctorate in Theology, and is a sought after Conference speaker and published author.
